Raspberry, Lemon & White Chocolate
A dreamy combo of juicy tart raspberries, lemon zest and Whittaker's caramelised white chocolate, perfectly balanced with lemony cream cheese icing. The base is made from a mix of spelt flour and ground almonds and is naturally low in gluten. Decorated with freeze dried berries, white chocolate and edible petals.
