Pear, Hazelnut & Dark Chocolate

Delicately spiced with cinnamon and orange and dotted with chunks of juicy pear and chopped roasted hazelnuts. Finished in silky dark chocolate ganache. The base is made from a mix of spelt flour and ground almonds and is naturally low in gluten. Decorated with freeze dried blood orange, roasted hazelnuts and edible petals.

Decorations: I can add numbers or initials in the centre of the cake, but no personalised messages. Please specify your request in the message field at checkout.
